Black Cherry Cheesecake

Indica Dominant Hybrid - 70% Indica / 30% Sativa

Black Cherry Cheesecake is an indica-dominant hybrid created from three strains: Black Cherry Soda, Super Silver Haze & Cheese. The indica/sativa ratio is thought to be about 70/30 and the strain is said to have originated in southern Oregon. The THC levels of Black Cherry Cheesecake range from 17% to 21%.

Opening the mason jar releases scents of berries, fruit, and a little skunk, but it smells a lot like cherry cheesecake. In the vapor, are distinct tastes of cherries, berries and cheese – and a very pungent aftertaste. Smoking only gives a flavor of fruit but the aftertaste is still pungent.

Black Cherry Cheesecake provides a two-part high. The first part put me in a very good mood! It was uplifting, I had energy and focus so I was able to be creative and work. The second part started as the rest of my body started feeling the effects. I felt incredibly relaxed and mellow before experiencing couch-lock and a full body stone.

The only real negatives were dry mouth and the munchies. If you work mainly from home like I do, that could be problematic. Though I will say that the second time I used it, I didn’t have a problem with the munchies.
